Rahman Enterprise ("we", "us", "the Program") operates Rahman Coins, a customer loyalty and promotional rewards program for purchases made at our store. This is not a gambling, betting, investment, or deposit/withdrawal product; it does not involve cryptocurrency, and it is not a money transfer service. Coins have no cash-withdrawal value except through redemptions we explicitly offer, and are a promotional benefit we may modify, pause, or discontinue at any time as described below.
You must provide accurate registration details, including a valid mobile number verified by one-time password (OTP). One account per person; we may suspend or close accounts we reasonably believe are duplicated, fraudulent, or used to abuse the referral program. If you are under the age required by law in your state/country to enter into this kind of agreement, please have a parent or guardian register and manage the account on your behalf.
Coins are earned on qualifying purchases and successful referrals, at rates we set and may change at any time (current rates are always visible in the app before you complete a purchase or redemption). Coin amounts are calculated and recorded by our staff at the time of purchase; we reserve the right to correct calculation errors, including reversing incorrectly credited coins.
You may share your personal referral code or QR code with others. Rewards are issued only once a referred customer completes a qualifying first purchase, and are subject to fraud checks (for example: self-referral, duplicate accounts, or fake purchases are not permitted and referral rewards obtained this way may be reversed). We may withhold or reverse referral rewards we reasonably believe were obtained fraudulently.
Coins may be redeemed for the rewards listed in the app at the coin cost shown at the time of redemption. Rewards are subject to stock availability and may be substituted with an item of similar value at our discretion if unavailable. Redemption codes are single-use, may expire, and must be presented (or scanned) in-store and verified by staff before the reward is provided. We are not responsible for redemption codes lost, shared, or used by someone other than the account holder.
We may suspend or close an account, and forfeit unredeemed coins, where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated, including fraud, abuse of the referral program, or providing false information. Purchases that are cancelled or refunded will have their associated coins reversed.
We may change coin-earning rates, referral rewards, the rewards catalog, redemption rules, or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected in the app; continued use of the Program after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, coins and rewards are provided "as is" as a promotional benefit, without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your participation in the Program, including technical issues, SMS/OTP delivery delays, or reward stock unavailability.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts local to our registered business address, unless applicable consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
